Em busca pela Bairrada / In search of Bairrada
Pigmeu  Restaurant, Lisbon | @pigmeuportugal | @pigmeuportugal

Bairrada is a region in the centre-north of Portugal.
Along 4 months, Miguel (owner of the restaurant Pigmeu) and his staff made several trips do Bairrada to talk, listen and cook with the people who could teach them the heart and soul of the culinary tradition of this region.

The result?
A full menu dedicated to Bairrada and a series of videos on Instagram and YouTube (”Pigmeu in search of Bairrada”) to share this precious knowledge with the world.
